Does anybody else struggle getting to sleep? Up until moving to a new city several months ago I was always out like a light; now I'm lucky if I can get to sleep any more than five hours before the alarm goes.

 

I have problems sleeping most nights, I blame it on the meds, but I do get to hear Charlie the Owl on the rail tracks hooting every night, and he is awake right now.

Keeping with the OP of your thread, I do have trouble sleeping. I sleep around five hours a night on average and that is normal for me.

I don't struggle to get to sleep, out like a light but I only sleep about 5 or 6 hours at the most. Don't feel any the worse for it so I'm okay.

 

Just a thought, but isn't living in Coventry enough to give most people a sleepless night, knowing that the next day they have to survive another twenty four hours in that concrete jungle.

Nyquil is no joke, it really frikin works . Just moved myself and Im normally a night owl, usually go to sleep around 4am (nyquil induced oc). Sleeping is so overrated tho. Night time is my fave time, wn yr like in yr own little world and can get into things u want to do with no interruptions. Lovvve the night!

I do. I also have problems waking up. I rarely wake up from my alarm clock and as such, I tend to oversleep a lot. I'm planning to get the one for deaf people (the shakimg bed thingy) to see if it works.

 

Most nights zip can't sleep. What's sucks is that my job is really early in the morning so I'm always tired but can't sleep lol. Such is life

 

in 24 hours I sleep maybe 6 hours....in pain 24/7....lay down at night roll over n watch clock all night...nap in after noon...sleep deep for one and 1/2 hours.....use fan and radio to block out sound...can hear door open when sleeping don't sleep deep ever........

 

No problem falling asleep. Staying asleep is a different matter.

 

I haven't had a decent rest in about a year. I just can't sleep.

 

It's been off and on for me. I had used sleeping pills for a bit and they helped. Then I got off them and was fine. Now I'm back to being up til 4, 5, 6, 7am and wanting to sleep the day away. X.x by the time I think to use a sleeping pill it's 3am. Woops.

 

This is MY problem exactly. What I do is take an Ambien at bedtime even though I can easily fall asleep. That will usually get me a couple more hours and I feel good.

 

melatonin works for me and it's an OTC

Maybe it's your guilty conscience? Perhaps it's time for you to come clean, contact the police and tell them about the bodies you have buried in your back yard....
