According to the markings on my coffee pot, it's 3 cups in the morning and 3 more at about 1 - 1:30 pm. For me, it's one big glass 'barrel' mug at both times. Standard coffee, no foo-foo, cream, or sugar - straight black.

I also have one Vodka and Coke Zero to start cocktail hour.

 

1 Decaf coffee a day, a gallon of decaf instant ice tea no sugar but plenty of diet sweetener.
I cut out the carbonated Coke Pepsi

 

I am one of those crazy people that don't need caffeine to get going when I wake up, I have always seemed to have natural energy that kicks in right away...I consider myself fortunate for this.
The times when I do need a pick me up for another reason, it usually depends on what I'm in the mood for but it's tea that I drink the most. Iced tea, it's too damn hot here D

 

Nothing better than that 1st cup of coffee in the morning , I have cut down my intake of caffeine, in my military service days I drank coffee all day long, now I stay at 4 or 5 in the AM, then water the rest of the day till cocktail time

 

Coffee, the elixir of life. Must have 2 cups in the morning then I am good, otherwise I will be bitchy the rest of the day.

 

I want my caffeine but I don't like coffee, so it's Coke for me. I prefer it from a fountain, over crushed ice.

 

Two mugs of Yorkshire tea every morning at breakfast.
One cup of coffee at 11.00 with two digestive biscuits to dunk
Cup of Earl Grey tea at 4pm.

I’m coffee in the morning, how I have it depends on my mood usually straight up (probably more than I should) then tea in the afternoon

 

At least three cups of black coffee daily (10-12 ounces). Nowhere near the same capacity as Theodore Roosevelt, who was said to down upwards of a half gallon of coffee daily.

I learned to drink it when I'd get invited to one of the trades shops at work for coffee break. When a welder or pipefitter the size of a defensive tackle decides you're one of the boys and invites you to come to the shop for coffee, you say yes. And when he and his buddies all take it black, that's how you take it.

 

I drink around two liters of coffee per day (Douwe Egberts Red Mild). Make one and a quart of a liter, good for one mug and a thermos. Start over when thermos is empty. Spitting around when a fly drowned in my mug. Mop desk and floor. Relax.

 

I had coffee this morning. I was out of cream to make tea so I had to order in. It’s not bad.

 

I got to have my coffee.I have Cuban espresso 2x a day, one as soon as I wake and the second after lunch to get my second wind of the day. Some days I might even drink one before sex as it as it gives a great boost of energy and helps the blood flow.

Iced coffee for me, flavored and sweet. I usually get the containers of International Delight or Starbucks or Stok from Walmart or other grocery stores and drink that, but Wendy's iced coffee is yummy as well. As for how much I need.. depends on how much I have available to me I have to make sure I have some for the next day. I also drink Monster Coffee on occasion.

 

2 cups of coffee each morning and then it’s flavored packets of tea the rest of the day
