Surbhi Jyoti recently tied the knot with Sumit Suri in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand. The couple also shared photos from their dreamy wedding. And now the popular TV actress shared a glimpse of her sangeet night. Surbhi is surely beaming with happiness and looks stunning in blue colour ethnic wear. Fans showered praise on her.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Surbhi shared photos in which she is seen dancing with guests, posing with husband and also flaunting her attire. “Rhythms of joy, beats of love…Sangeet nigh," read the caption. The photos revealed that Surbhi opted to be a traditional bride. She handpicked a red lehenga for her wedding. Sumit complemented her in an ivory sherwani. Sharing the wedding photos, Surbhi wrote, “Shubh Vivah. 27/10/2024." The wedding ceremony was attended by several top TV stars. These include Rithvikk Dhanjani, Asha Negi, Kishwer Merchantt and her husband Suyash Rai, Chirag Paswan and Vishal Singh. Several other stars also took to the comments section and congratulated the couple on their marriage. Fans also joined in and sent their love to the couple.
Surbhi and Sumit’s wedding preparations began on Friday. The actress shared photos from the pre-wedding shoot and confirmed that she was marrying Sumit over the weekend. “These roots run deep, carrying stories of sunshine and rain, resilience and grace. Sumit and I chose to begin our journey here, under nature’s sacred canopy, honouring the trees that stand tall and the five elements that keep us whole," she captioned the photos.
Surbhi and Sumit went public with their relationship in May this year. They initially had plans to marry earlier this year in March, however, they postponed it because their desired location wasn’t available.
